The GM underscored the need for Franchise support centers and the strategy for achieving this would be by using our Key partners who have already existing support centers. The modalities for the support centers should include how sub-distributors and users can check their warranty status and how we can items under warranty.

Action Point: Mr. Segun Ogundele is to facilitate training’s that would help clarify the issues highlighted above with help from Mr. Onochie and Mr.Charles. These trainings are to be held via telepresence for Lagos, Abuja and Port-harcourt and will be replicated for other locations not covered by telepresence. Mr. Segun is also to develop a training manual with input from all PBU team members.
