President Muhammadu Buhari has appealed to Nigerian youth to end the #EndPoliceBrutality protests across the country as the government has heard and accepted their genuine demands and working to address all of them.
This was disclosed by the Personal Assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad in a message he posted on his Twitter handle.
The President made this known, as he met with the leadership of the National Assembly; Senate President, Ahmad Lawan and Speaker of the house of representative, Femi Gbajabiamila at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Lawan, who addressed the press after the meeting said since the issues raised by the protesters have been accepted by the government, the time has come for the protests to stop.
