NGIGE APOLOGISES OVER KEYAMO’S OUTBURST ON 774,000 JOBS

Minister of Employment Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige, has apologised to the National Assembly over the recent dispute between the Minister of State for Labour, Festus Keyamo and a joint committee of the National Assembly.

The procedures for implementing the Federal Government’s Special Public Works programme meant to hire 774,000 youths across the country led to disagreement between Keyamo and the joint committee of the national assembly.

Ngige apologised when he paid a courtesy call on the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, in Abuja.
