NIGERIA COVID19 CASES TOP 26,000 WITH 790 NEW CASES

Nigeria has recorded 790 new cases of #COVID19 in 21 states, bringing the total to 26,484.

#COVID-19 cases have been recorded in 35 states of the country plus the FCT, with Cross River being the only state without any case.

10,152 patients have fully recovered and discharged, while 603 deaths have been recorded, and so, the number of active cases is 15,729.

According to the information released at 11:54pm, July1 by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, 166 of the new cases are in Delta; 120 in Lagos; Enugu – 66; FCT-65; Edo-60; Ogun-43; Kano-41; Kaduna-39; Ondo-33; Rivers-32.

There are 29 cases in Bayelsa; Katsina-21; Imo-20; Kwara-18; Oyo-11; Abia-10; Benue-6; Gombe-4; Yobe, Bauchi, and Kebbi each have 2 cases.
